A 27-year-old man has been murdered under unclear circumstances by unknown individuals in Homa Bay County.
The body of the man, identified as Jeckoniah Otila, was found tied to a tree in a bush at Aora Olemo village, Lwala Sub-location in Suba South Sub-county on Tuesday.
Otila’s body was discovered by a resident who was walking in the area. He was half-naked.
